For years, the company has been committed to the informatization construction for major government/enterprise clients and successively obtains qualifications such as ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, Computer Information System Integration Level 3 Certification and Intelligent Building Engineering Design and Implementation Level 2 Certification, etc.

In 2004Jiangsu EDI Technology and Development Co., Ltd. established a wholly-owned company, Jiangsu EDI Computer Equipment Co., Ltd. which mainly engages in Lenovo R-mode distribution and is one of the top 3 service providers with respect to sales volume in Jiangsu province.

In 2004Jiangsu EDT Technology and Development Co., Ltd. injected capital into Jiangsu EDI System Integration Co., Ltd., mainly specializing in computer software development and system integration technical service.

In 2005Jiangsu Kingland took an equity stake in Jiangsu Aisino Technology Co., Ltd. Aisino primarily focuses on information security and provides service of anti-forgery tax control VAT invoicing system in eight cities of northern Suzhou and meanwhile, promotes applications and services of computer system for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In 2005Jiangsu Kingland took up shares in Nanjing Chenguang High Technology Co., Ltd. The core business of Chenguang involves such fields as communication products, development and sales of electronic products, development and application of computer software, etc.

In 2006Jiangsu Kingland took over Jiangsu Computer Technology & Service Co., Ltd. which was originally the subordinate enterprise of Jiangsu Information Industry Department. The company was established in 1984 with business covering fields like IT products sales, system integration, technical services, etc. and was among the first companies professionally engaging in information technology in Jiangsu province.
