In 2006Jiangsu Kingland invested to establish Lianyungang Soking Concrete Products Co., Ltd. located in Zhongyun industrial estate of Lianyungang economic and technical development zone and covering an area of 5, 4000 square meters. With excellent quality and standardized management, the company actively participates in construction of Lianyungang new harbor district. The major products of the company include commercial concrete, light-weight wall plates, dry-mixed mortar, etc.

In 2009Jiangsu Kingland acquired Hefei Yungshin Services Industry Co., Ltd. Hefei Yungshin is committed to the research & development, production, sales and technical service of information industry domain, and is currently among the hi-tech enterprises with the largest scale and the strongest comprehensive strength in IT industry in Anhui province, and also one of the hi-tech enterprises supported by Hefei municipal government.

In 2013Jiangsu Kingland established Jiangsu Deshine Trading Co., Ltd. via its subsidiary, mainly engaged in import and export of various self-supported or agent commodities and technologies. Meanwhile, the company obtained the import and export operation right in December, 2015. Currently, Jiangsu Deshine is the exclusive sales agent of Estonia MILLAMORE pet products in Chinese consuming market.

In 2014Jiangsu EDI Technology and Development Co., ltd. set up Jiangsu EDI E City Co., Ltd. through share participation devoted to establish the integrated e-commerce platform of computer products and system solutions for distributors and small and medium-sized corporations in Jiangsu province.

In 2014Jiangsu Kingland invested to found Lianyungang Jindi Estate Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in construction of small towns and development, marketing and leasing of supporting real estate projects.
